Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, transfers, and related matters concerning the courses, workshops, hackathons, and educational programs ("Programs") offered by NextGen InnovateLabs Pvt. Ltd. ("NextGen InnovateLabs", "we", "us", or "our"). This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read together with our Privacy Policy and other applicable policies.
By registering for or purchasing any Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.

1. Nature of Our Programs
Our Programs are live, cohort-based educational experiences involving limited seats, scheduled instructor sessions, operational planning, learning resources, and administrative commitments. Once a learner successfully enrolls, we immediately begin allocating resources and reserving a seat for that learner.
Accordingly, all purchases should be made carefully after reviewing the course details, eligibility requirements, schedule, and this Policy.
2. No Refund Policy
Except where expressly stated in this Policy or where required under applicable law, all course fees paid to NextGen InnovateLabs are final and non-refundable.
No refunds shall be provided under circumstances including, but not limited to: - Change of mind after registration. - Inability or failure to attend live sessions. - Scheduling conflicts. - Personal, academic, or professional commitments. - Failure to complete the Program. - Dissatisfaction arising from personal expectations not expressly promised by NextGen InnovateLabs. - Failure to meet technical requirements such as internet connectivity, compatible devices, or software. - Failure to access recordings where recordings are not included as part of the Program. - Partial attendance. - Removal or suspension due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
3. Speaker Availability and Session Rescheduling
Our Programs feature experienced industry professionals and guest speakers. While every effort is made to conduct sessions with the announced speakers, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may occasionally arise.
If a scheduled speaker is unable to conduct a session due to illness, emergency, travel disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances: - Where reasonably possible, the session will be rescheduled with the same speaker at a later date. - If rescheduling is not reasonably possible, NextGen InnovateLabs reserves the right to appoint another qualified instructor, mentor, or industry expert of comparable expertise to deliver the session.
Such situations are expected to be rare and exceptional.
A change in speaker, instructor, mentor, session timing, or session date shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund, provided that the overall learning objectives and educational value of the Program are substantially maintained.
4. Course Schedule Changes
We reserve the right to make reasonable modifications to: - Course schedules - Session timings - Session dates - Curriculum sequence - Instructors - Learning activities - Course materials
where necessary to improve educational quality or due to operational requirements.
These changes do not entitle participants to a refund.
5. Cancellation by NextGen InnovateLabs
In the unlikely event that NextGen InnovateLabs cancels an entire Program before it begins and is unable to provide a suitable alternative Program or rescheduled cohort, participants shall be entitled to either: - a full refund of the fees paid for that Program; or - a transfer to a future cohort or equivalent Program, at the participant's choice.
6. Transfer of Enrollment
Course registrations are personal and non-transferable.
Enrollment may not be transferred to another individual unless expressly approved by NextGen InnovateLabs in exceptional circumstances.
7. Refund Processing (Where Applicable)
If a refund becomes payable under this Policy or under applicable law: - refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever reasonably possible; - processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution; - any applicable payment gateway charges, taxes, or statutory deductions may be deducted where permitted by law.
8. Chargebacks
Participants agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting NextGen InnovateLabs to attempt resolution.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in: - suspension of course access; - cancellation of enrollment; - recovery of outstanding amounts; - legal action where appropriate.
