Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy ("Policy") explains how NextGen InnovateLabs Pvt. Ltd. ("NextGen InnovateLabs", "we", "us", or "our") delivers its online courses, workshops, hackathons, and related educational services (collectively, the "Programs"). This Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

By enrolling in any of our Programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Delivery Policy.

1. Nature of Our Services

NextGen InnovateLabs provides digital educational services through live online classes, interactive workshops, recorded learning resources (where applicable), projects, assessments, hackathons, and related educational materials.

As our Programs are delivered digitally, no physical products are shipped or delivered.

2. Enrollment Confirmation

Your enrollment is confirmed only after: - successful completion of payment; - receipt of payment confirmation; and - successful verification of your registration details, where applicable.

3. Delivery of Course Access

Access to the Program will be provided electronically.

Depending on the Program, participants may receive one or more of the following: - Course confirmation email. - Live session schedule. - Meeting links (such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms). - Access to the learning portal or community platform. - Course materials, assignments, or supporting resources. - Instructions regarding projects, hackathons, or assessments.

Course access details are generally shared before the commencement of the Program or within a reasonable period after successful enrollment.

4. Live Sessions

Many of our Programs are delivered through scheduled live online sessions conducted by experienced instructors and industry professionals.

Participants are responsible for: - joining sessions at the scheduled time; - ensuring access to a stable internet connection; - using a compatible computer, tablet, or smartphone; - installing any required software or applications in advance.

Failure to attend a scheduled live session does not entitle a participant to a refund or replacement session unless expressly stated for the particular Program.

5. Course Materials

Where applicable, participants may receive: - presentation slides; - worksheets; - project resources; - assignments; - templates; - supplementary reading materials; and - access to recorded sessions, where specifically included in the Program.

The availability of recordings or downloadable materials varies by Program and will be communicated on the relevant course page or during enrollment.

6. Session Rescheduling and Instructor Availability

We make every reasonable effort to conduct all Programs according to the published schedule.

However, due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, emergencies, technical issues, travel disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control, we may need to: - reschedule a live session; - modify the session timing; - rearrange the order of sessions; or - appoint another qualified instructor or industry expert of comparable expertise to conduct a session.

Such situations are expected to be rare and will be communicated to participants as early as reasonably possible.

Reasonable changes to schedules or instructors shall not constitute a failure of delivery and shall not entitle participants to a refund. Our objective will always be to ensure that the intended learning outcomes of the Program are delivered.

7. Delivery Timeframes

While delivery timelines may vary depending on the Program, participants can generally expect: - Enrollment confirmation: shortly after successful payment. - Course communication and joining instructions: before the commencement of the Program. - Digital learning materials: according to the schedule of the Program. - Certificates (where applicable): after successful completion of the Program and verification of eligibility requirements.

8. Technical Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have: - a reliable internet connection; - a compatible web browser or device; - access to the email account used during registration; - any software required for participation, where communicated in advance.

NextGen InnovateLabs is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by the participant's internet connectivity, hardware, software, or technical environment.

9. Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your enrollment confirmation, course access details, or scheduled communications within a reasonable time after payment, please contact us promptly at:

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Delivery Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Programs, delivery methods, operational practices, or applicable legal requirements. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date above.

Continued use of our website or participation in our Programs after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
