Program Policy
This AI Explorer Program Policy ("Policy") governs participation in the AI Explorer Program ("Program") offered by NextGen InnovateLabs Pvt. Ltd. ("NextGen InnovateLabs", "we", "us", or "our"). It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Community Guidelines, and other applicable policies.
The purpose of this Policy is to establish clear academic and operational expectations for all participants and to ensure a fair, engaging, and high-quality learning experience.

1. Program Overview
The AI Explorer Program is a structured, cohort-based educational program designed to introduce learners to Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, AI Product Thinking, Prompt Engineering, AI Applications, Responsible AI, and related emerging technologies through live online sessions, practical demonstrations, guided activities, assessments, and project-based learning.
The Program is intended for educational purposes only and does not constitute a formal academic qualification, university degree, government-recognised certification, or professional licence.
2. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are expected to: - Attend live sessions regularly. - Participate actively in discussions and learning activities. - Complete assignments and assessments within the prescribed timelines. - Follow instructions provided by instructors and mentors. - Maintain respectful behaviour in accordance with our Community Guidelines. - Use AI tools responsibly and ethically.
Participants remain responsible for their own learning progress and engagement throughout the Program.
3. Attendance
Although occasional absence due to genuine circumstances is understandable, participants are encouraged to attend all scheduled live sessions to gain the maximum benefit from the Program.
Attendance may be considered as one of the factors while evaluating eligibility for successful completion of the Program and the issuance of certificates.
4. Learning Activities and Assessments
Throughout the Program, participants may be required to complete one or more of the following learning activities and assessments, depending on the Program structure and the specific session: - Quizzes - Knowledge checks - Practical exercises - Prompt engineering tasks - AI tool demonstrations - Case studies - Reflection activities - Assignments - Individual or group projects - Capstone projects - Presentations - Problem-solving activities - Peer review exercises - Interactive classroom activities - Surveys or feedback activities - Final assessment(s), where applicable
The number, type, format, weightage, frequency, and submission deadlines of these activities may vary throughout the Program and may be modified by NextGen InnovateLabs to improve the learning experience or better assess participant progress. Participants are expected to complete the learning activities assigned to them within the prescribed timelines.
5. Evaluation
Participant performance may be evaluated using one or more of the following criteria: - Attendance - Assignment completion - Assessment scores - Participation during live sessions - Practical exercises - Quality of submissions - Demonstrated understanding of concepts - Overall engagement throughout the Program
NextGen InnovateLabs reserves the right to determine the evaluation methodology, marking scheme, grading criteria, minimum qualifying standards, and overall assessment framework.
All academic evaluations, marks, grades, completion status, and related decisions made by NextGen InnovateLabs shall be final.
6. Learning Portal and Progress Tracking
Participants may receive access to an online learning portal or learning management system where they can: - View course content - Submit assignments - Complete assessments - Track attendance - Monitor learning progress - View evaluation status - Download learning resources (where applicable)
Progress shown on the portal is intended to help participants monitor their learning journey.
NextGen InnovateLabs reserves the right to modify the portal, grading methodology, progress indicators, evaluation systems, or learning resources at any time to improve the Program.
7. Certificate of Completion
Participants who successfully satisfy the Program requirements may receive a Certificate of Completion issued by NextGen InnovateLabs Pvt. Ltd.
The issuance of certificates is entirely at the discretion of NextGen InnovateLabs based on the participant's successful completion of the Program requirements.
To be eligible for a Certificate of Completion, participants may be required to satisfy criteria including, but not limited to: - Successful enrollment in the Program. - Compliance with the Terms & Conditions and Community Guidelines. - Satisfactory participation throughout the Program. - Completion of required assessments and assignments. - Meeting any minimum attendance or evaluation criteria established for the Program. - Absence of academic misconduct or disciplinary violations.
Failure to satisfy these requirements may result in a certificate not being issued.
8. Academic Integrity and Plagiarism
NextGen InnovateLabs places significant importance on honesty, originality, and ethical learning.
Participants must ensure that all assignments, submissions, and assessments represent their own work unless collaboration is expressly permitted.
The following constitute academic misconduct and are strictly prohibited: - Plagiarism. - Copying another participant's work. - Submitting work created by another individual as one's own. - Fabricating or falsifying information. - Impersonation during assessments. - Sharing answers during assessments without authorisation. - Misrepresenting contributions in collaborative activities.
Where AI tools are permitted, participants remain responsible for reviewing, verifying, and appropriately using AI-generated content.
The use of AI-generated material without disclosure where originality is expected may be treated as academic misconduct.
NextGen InnovateLabs reserves the right to use plagiarism detection software, AI-content detection tools, manual academic review, or any other reasonable methods to verify originality.
Where plagiarism or academic misconduct is identified, NextGen InnovateLabs may, at its sole discretion: - Require resubmission. - Award zero marks for the assessment. - Reduce evaluation scores. - Disqualify the submission. - Withhold the Certificate of Completion. - Suspend or terminate participation in the Program.
Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the Program without refund.
9. Program Modifications
To maintain educational quality and respond to evolving technologies, NextGen InnovateLabs may modify: - Session schedules. - Course sequence. - Learning materials. - Assessment formats. - Evaluation criteria. - Learning portal features. - AI tools demonstrated. - Instructors or guest speakers.
Such modifications shall not affect the overall educational objectives of the Program and shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
10. Intellectual Property
All presentations, recordings, slides, worksheets, assignments, templates, demonstrations, and learning resources provided during the Program remain the intellectual property of NextGen InnovateLabs or their respective owners.
Participants may use these materials solely for personal educational purposes and must not reproduce, distribute, record, publish, or commercially exploit them without prior written permission.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Policy from time to time to reflect improvements in our Programs, educational practices, technological developments, or legal requirements.
Where material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify participants through our website or learning platform.
Continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
